Headlamp disassembly for xenon ignitor replacement

Headlamp disassembly for xenon ignitor replacement
Trying to get my late father-in-law's car (2003 C320 sport) ready to sell, and the passenger side low beam (HID) doesn't work.
I swapped bulbs and ballasts (thanks, MBWorld, for the headlamp removal DIY BTW, what a PITA) and the only thing left that could be bad is the ignitor.
Looks like replacement parts are cheap ($60 on Amazon), but I can't figure out how to get into the headlamp housing itself to replace it.
Am I going to have to take the heat gun to this thing and pry it apart, or is there something I'm missing?
