Seat memory and mirror auto-up problem

Hello, I have been facing two problems recently.

First of all, when I bought the car, when I used the auto-up function on the window, it goes halfway, and then it stops and goes a little bit down again.

I fixed this problem by resyncing the window, but now the problem returned again, and I'm not able to fix it. Do you know what this could be? It's like the sensor thinks something is blocking the window (like if you put your hand in the way, it will stop the auto-up function). But the manual 1-click up function works perfect..

And the other problem: Whenever I start the car, my driver seat will adjust automatically to a weird position. I have to stop this every time, and use the memory function 1 back to where I want it.
What could cause this? And how to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

The memory seat problem is now gone, don't know why...

But I still don't know what to do with my mirror.. It's been like this for a long time. Could the window motor/elevator be bad? Or something blocking the sensor? The window seems to be going smooth, so I can't understand why it would be the motor either..

Anyone knows what could be the problem regarding the window auto-up problem?

It stopped for a while, but now it's back for full again... I searched the forums, about a sensor.. Could this be it? The window stops around half way up, and then goes down a couple of inches.

Just like it would if you put your hand in its way. (Seems like it thinks something is blocking it?)

Try to re-sync it - close the window all the way and then hold the button "up" for 5 seconds, and the same for all the way open. Not sure if it'll help, but worth a try.

Re-synching is only a band-aid. It goes out of synch for a reason. It is likely dragging on the old rubber guides it slides up and down in. As soon as this resistance is detected the window stops. That's the easiest thing to check first.

Your seat "easy entry" function is why the seat moves. Your owners manual tells how to set it to how you want it, or you can shut it off in the cluster options. But you say it stopped so maybe your seat is set in a position now that is outside the easy entry parameters.

Thanks. I'll check this rubber.

Also, my right hand side mirror goes up and down when in reverse, like it can't decide where to go/stuck... And sometimes get stuck at the "low/reverse"(pointing down) position, even after gearing back to drive/park/neutral whatever.

Anyone know what this might be? Any way to resync this mirror or something? I know I can turn off this function, but I find it quite handy..
