[Help!] New fitment rubbing only front left strut ?!

[Help!] New fitment rubbing only front left strut ?!

Hey guys !, I'm testing around with wheel setups trying to find the best deal, today I got nice TSW 20" wheels, they fit perfectly in the back, but in the front it rubs the strut only on the left side, could it be some sort of camber setting that's incorrect ? or perhaps the strut is bad ? (took a hard hit or something)
here are some pics, also opinions on the looks would be great guys ! (Ignore the silly transformers caps, they'll be switched with stars if i'll go with them)

Bad side (Left), Marked in red where the rubbing happens:

I'm feeling that 20" is a bit too much , but i kind of like the look, not sure about how it'll be performing and comfortable it'll feel, guess i'll test it out for myself and see if i can live with that.

Any help appreciated ! should i just take it to an alignment ? or will that be just a waste ?
