New to the MB world
No dipstick for the oil, just have to rely on sensors. I don't know how comfortable I feel about that personally, but I guess we'll see what happens.
Squeaky belt might be the belt slipping. Check all the pulleys up front and the belt itself. In a thread I recently posted, someone advised to change the idler pulley and tensioner (as well as the belt) as peace of mind maintenance. If it goes, you have an expensive repair on your hands.
Check all the fluids, brakes, rotors, and the front end suspension and steering components. Might also be a good idea to service the transmission.
I'm used to working on Mopars, so I know exactly how you feel. Good luck!

One of the best resources I would recommend is to create a FREE account here http://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/
After you get a subscription for that site, put your VIN in and select the first button with the icon of the Car for your data card.
Click the SA code to have it decipher all of the codes and on mine I have a code "486 SPORTS SUSPENSION"

You will need to get a rag to clean out the track on both sides--you have a track for the sunroof and another for the sunscreen. I used a small screw driver inside the rag to ensure I got as far into the track as i could.
I purchased some soldering brushes so I could lube the track and can't remember off the top of my head what type/brand but also purchased some synthetic water resistant lube/grease.
Initially my sunroof would stop at several different spots because of the resistance but after lubing it up it would open and close all the way with no problems.
I have priced wiper blades, bulbs, etc. and MB dealerships truly have the best prices, at least in MI, NJ, NY, OH, and even Greenwhich, CT. But, dealership prices for suspension parts, wheels etc can be pricey so best to go to a trusted local dealer for that stuff. And every dealer I know of will wash and vacuum your car for you whenever you want.
Maybe you won't find this helpful, but people new to MB need to use their dealership. As Reagan used to say, "Trust buy Verify".
I think the online prices for genuine parts are still lower than at the dealership. You don't pay sales tax for one.
Once I needed a radiator drain plug, a $5 part. Paid $12 at the dealership in Houston.
Online the same exact part with shipping was $6...
Don't think the dealer will sell you a pair of windshield wipers for $40...
