okay so its friday i was coming back from work (left 15min early) and decided to go to MB Sugarland to pick up my brand spankin new 2004.5 e-brake pedal (YAH finally matches my C7 pedals perfect). I called a day ahead to make sure its here (part# A 203 430 00 84, i believe, top of my head). I get there, some guy came out, i told him i'm here for my ordered part....he sorta dont wanna even help me but its like he has no choice b/c he friggin works there.
anyhow, come back out after 5+min from the back with a regular rubber pedal. well, its the friggin plain ol rubber ebrake cover. i told him its the wrong part, he shows he some invoice he got and said no this is what i ordered. Now Matt gave me the part# and i trust Matt before i believe any stealer locally. so i walked out into the show room, found a 04.5 w203 (beautiful cars BTW). and took out the ebrake cover, sure enough thats the part#. I walked back to him, and i also showed him the paperwork with the #. He knew he was wrong now so started sitting at the computer and start punching some keys. he also kept asking what my car was....i told him it shouldnt matter as I am giving him the part# but still told him what my car was. well after about 10 min he stated the part is not available in ANY warehouse and even their direct german source. I was so shocked and he clearly doesnt want to deal with me anymore. i wasted 30min of driving in traffic for a part thats not even my order and now he saying its not available anywhere in US. I'm asking fellow members out there to see if we can prove this sob wrong and help me get this tiny part 4 me. Matt if u're reading this PM or email me please to see if u can get it for me. thanks for listening to my rant all...
*while i was in the showroom no one cared that i took the pedal cover out. i was so tempted to just take that but damn conscious kicked in...

 

i got mine in september/october. talk to his manager. i used to get the same line but after days and days of asking he finally gave in. either it was true and they finally got some in stock or he he got tired of seeing me :p i used to wait at the counter for a good 15 minutes before someone came out and helped me... and they clearly saw me..

 

There is no e-brake pedal in Canada as well. He might be right. I have ordered 3 from Germany. I was told they wont be here after the new year.
