My W203 jerks

My W203 jerks
Hi I just got my W203 sometimes this month but it has been sitting in the dealer since December.
I had water ingress in the ECU I just replaced the ECU with a key and steering lock.
The problem now is that the car jerks sometimes and goes off. When I'm on the freeway it doesn't happen it only happens when I'm in traffic.
Now it's gone worse I was in traffic for a while and the car jerks and goes off. When I start it won't respond to acceleration. I would have to put my feet down totally flooring the accelerator for a while before the car would pick up speed after jerking seriously.
On getting home the check engine light came on, I scanned and it showed MAF as stored fault not current.
Got a new MAF it starts the car and makes a funny sound while accelerating and it wasn't revving well.
Another check engine came on a cylinder misfire.
Who has has this problem before. I just bought this car and have barely done 50miles the car has 97k miles it's a 2002 w203.
Now the car won't start with the MAF that used to run before I'm tired.

Is the MAF a genuine Benz part? VAG group MAF's look the same but won't work on a Benz.
Clean the throttle body including electrical traces under the black cover.
Scan & post all stored codes.
If you just bought this car from a dealer surely it comes with a short warranty? Make this their problem.

It might be a CPS but I would expect hard starting. If it does it again hot chuck cold water over the CPS & see if it makes a difference.
