I got a new steering wheel that corresponds to my cars interior. Air bag I left the same color though(MIGHT change it back not sure....). I personally like this steering wheel MUCH better overall than my Brabus one but I do miss the 'thickness' of the Brabus wheel. I got also a few other mods out of the way. Special thanks to silverLorinserC for the Lorinser parts and tom incredibie for the directions on how to install the W211 Binkers. Lets just hope I get this [IMG] thing right if not I posted it on the OTHER forum a few days ago =)

is urs (part in red) fit perfectly?
i just installed mine today and the sides don't fit in perfectly... there is a small gap in between... it's ok unless someone wants to pull it apart on purpose... i'm thinking about puttin' double-sided tapes in the gap...

also, the local shop wired it so that all door sills illumninate only when driver's door is open. i know it ain't suppose to do that but they didn't wanna do it in case they screw up the wiring... i bet urs is done properly... do u know how the wiring was done? i printed out instructions (from formymercedes.com) but they needed more detailed info.

Yeah the red part in the pic is fitting properly-not popping out. Lol so the shop only wired the front door?? Hmmm...unfortunately I didnt install(I'ma lazzzy bum ) so I cant help you w/directions....Good luck w/it though, btw where did u get the sills from??

yeah, they don't fit perfect... but gooe enuf for the price i paid.
i got it from formymercedes.com.
all door sills work by the driver's side door only.

You know what could have happened, maybe they didnt apply pressure to the sill long enough to stay properly....How much u pay for install??

i think the sill is a little wide to begin with.
the only alternative to make it fit is to cut the sill a little bit...
install was 50.

I dunt remember actually I got them C.H.E.A.P. w/some pedals too....Thing is they didnt bring a 'modulator'. My installer couldnt install w/out it BUT others have said you can do it w/out it. Dood you RARELY find rear sills on W203's =) I recommend you get some! Lol wait a minute you got a coupe
