HELP! C55 cluster not working, fan high, radio wont turn off!

HELP! C55 cluster not working, fan high, radio wont turn off!
So I went to have dinner with a friend. car has been working fine. Went back to my car and noticed interior light wouldnt go off, and radio did not turn on, steering wheel went to correct position. Started car, light stayed on, speedo lit up but nothing moved, no error codes or lights, engine fan on LOUD. I mean you can hear it when driving. I can turn radio on manually but when i turn off car, radio stays on and wont go off and dash says "turn off lights" even though its on auto.
Blinkers and high beams do not work, climate control not functioning.
I have no idea wtf is going on and why all of a sudden. Please help! anyone know a helpful shop in LA? Everything seems to work fine aside from electric. No check engine lights or system failures.

UPDATE
so EVERYTHING works fine and normal when in ON position.temp, gas and windows and ac and all works when set to On position. When i turn it to start the car though is when everything goes crazy. no windows work or cluster (it does illuminate).
another odd thing, i have the easy exit feature, when i turn key to On, steering wheel comes down, as it should back in pre-set location, but when i turn ignition, it goes back up as iff i was exiting the car.

Look at fuse map,.. many of those items seems to be controled by FrontSAM. But, first you should load test your battery since old dying battery are known to cause these weird electrical gremlins,... if your car battery is older than 5 years old, it's time to get a new OEM mercedes car battery. Do NOT get aftermarket battery!

Sorry I have no suggestions but have to interject it is ok to get a battery that is not OEM. I have not had a problem with a Checkers / OReilly battery and they are actually rated higher than OEM. (more CCA/CA/AH)

Thats wierd. I had issues like that after a big rain storm, and they went away after the car dried out, though i had to have the SRS light reset.
