Front Engine Noise - Pics + Video. AC compressor?

Something doesn't look right

Looks like it's the AC compressor.. Can anyone verify this? Was there a balancer on the front that gave way? In the picture it looks like something poked through or ripped off the front.

If you take a look at the book in your glove box it has the routing of the belt.... Hint page 429

But since I am in a good mood today and that video was awesome yes it is the ac compressor

This should be it not a bad price at all

Limped it to the shop. the Compressor, + receiver + dryer, expansion valve and to flush and redo the system is just over $1500.. *sigh* I guess it could always be worse....
