please don't tell me they suck... that would be a shame.
their website really really needs work! (ben, constructive criticism) not as bad as autoclass but it could be a lot better and complete.

We appreciate your frustration, however we can tell you that it is not two simple little parts. In order to produce these and sell them at the prices we do we have to order and manufacture (paint) large quanitities at a time. Then, when they come back, they are never 100% perfect. Which means more time and labor to make sure that these are perfect when they get to you. I can tell you this is far from a simple process!
