WTB: w203 - 2005+ facelift specific parts ASAP
Hey all,
Just picked up a 2005 C240 4matic. Got a great price on it though it needs a few things here and there to be up to my standards. The following is a list of random parts I need that I could not find for sale alone, or that buying OEM new would be silly if I could find used:
I am located in 10533 NY (lower Westchetser)
- the (2) small knobs to control the temperature on the non-comand HVAC.
(i guess the prev owner didn't like passengers changing the temperature)
- Tow hitch cover, front bumper non-AMG in Perlite Grey Metallic
(I ordered an unpainted one buy figured I'd try for one in the color)
- OEM Comand for use in 2005 w203 (I want to retrofit)
- Owner's manual (not too keen on printing 300 pages out to keep in car)
- OEM Black floor mats, NEW or LIKE NEW ($125 new online, beat that price)
- OEM BLACK rubber floor mats, NEW or LIKE NEW ($150+ online, beat that)
- Glove box handle small chrome trim strip ~2" (mine broke off and no chrome)
- Black Steering wheel (the leather on mine is beat)
- Pup-up cup holder (mine doesn't pop and chrome is all off)
- Euro bumper / trunk parts (strips, plate holder, etc..)
- rear deck shelf, black (mine is faded to purple)
- Euro spec triangle for trunk
- headliner kit (stock toupe or black)
- OEM oil cap (prev ow has a square one on that allows sloshing)
- FULL washer fluid neck, pump, seals
(prev owner took it apart to fix pump, didnt put it back...)
AMG parts
- Aluminum pedals from C55
- Full bumper set (prefer OEM, got a price of $600 shipped already)

2007 C350 2015 ML400 1968 Ford Mustang
My rear deck shelf started turning purple too, and I pulled it an sprayed with black auto fabric paint and it looks fantastic. One year in still looks good, but time will tell.
I have a functioning cup holder, chrome peeling, I have had two replaced under warranty and now my third one is peeling. Its inevitable. My plan is to peel the rest of the chrome and then dye the nylon with fabric dye. I used to do this with my R/C cars to change the color of the a-arms etc.
I also have a washer pump and the glove box handle, both in good shape. Let me know if interested.

It's hilarious that I made a post specifically about my rear desk turning purple..nobody answered me :-( I just bought some SEM Satin Black paint off amazon. I hope it matches somewhat.
