Mercedes-Benz of San Diego. Free loaners, car washes, drinks, donuts. Good service advisors, poor parts dept.

I've been to HOI once and it was a very pleasant way to get robbed. They had me up for over $3,000 worth of things they found wrong with the car. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and he found nothing wrong, even after I showed him HOI's estimate. Had the car for many miles after that and non of the things they said needed replacement were ever replaced. I would dump my MB before every stepping foot in that dealership.

Out Of Control!
I visited Keyes in Van Nuys once and almost threw up my Longsilog after hearing the sales monkeys thick

My closest dealer SUCKS for service. I thought they were ok...or at least better than the sales team, but they screwed up my sedan one time and my coupe twice (currently fixing it under "warranty")....so I'm driving their C240 4matic dogbreath-mobile until they get it right.

I had my svc A done at LB and svcB done at HOI recently. I have to say I would rate HOI better than LB becuase 1. LBC has no f*in loaners B. My serv. rep. at HOI was very nice kept me updated on my cars cond. He fed me no BS either. Good experience there.
