Fuse starter enable and anti thief measures
Hi,
I was wondering if removing the starter enable fuse on a w203 (fuse #31) could avoid having the car stolen or at least be deceiving.
When I remove the fuse my key no longer works on the key fob.

The fuel pump fuse might be a good idea.
An observation: after about 3 months of the car sitting, I decided to remove the pump fuse to let the car crank and prime the oil in the engine a bit. And the thing started...
So the thieves will think the car is okay, just something went wrong and the car died. Adds to disorientation I guess
Whereas with complete crank disable it raises red flags.
