Audio playing from one side

2004 C240
Audio playing from one side
when I listen to the radio in my 2004 C240, it plays normally and balanced through all speakers. When I listen to music on my phone via the cassette deck aux cord it plays only from the front right side. How can I fix this? Is it something simple I'm overlooking? Thanks

Try jiggling it. I once had a problem with a tape adapter where one side consistently played louder than the other. You can test this by using the Balance setting.
Personally, it drove me nuts. Eventually I just hardwired an aux-in jack. Problem solved.
