Engine radiator auxiliary fan problem

is it possible to make the fan run even if the ac compressor is not working ? Because it doesnt really kick in at all unless if i unplug the socket from the engine coolant temperature sensor it runs really high but the car doesnt idle and run properly .... please advice thanks

Why do you want it to kick in earlier? Or without AC, does the car overheat?
It's designed to run efficiently as possible so it may run very slowly just to keep the temp under control.

Almost 100 sounds normal. Otherwise first replace the thermostat
