W203 Heating only when Ec Test is turned on

Hi, I have problem with my star that I can't solve by myself. Heating is working fine only when i stop engine and turn on Ec Rest (Even when I set temprature to Hi). Thermostat is new from Febi (92°C open temp). I have this car for 4 years and she was never warm inside

Any sugestions ?
