Water pump pulley making noise

Hey guys, so when it rains it pours. I have a pulley that started rattling on me today. It definitely looks like it is not rotating about a stationary axis. I've attached a picture of the offender. I'm not sure which one this is. Assistance is always appreciated. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure this is the water pump pulley. Do I need to replace the pump or can I get away with just the pulley? Thanks!

I tried to upload a video for reference.

Take the belt off and check the pulley and shaft. You should be able to tell if the bearings in the pump are going or if the pulley is loose on the shaft.

Do you have any coolant leaks?

No coolant leaks. I took the belt off and pulley. The bearing on the water pump looks like it is thinning around a portion of it and does not rotate flush on the shaft. I've attached a picture for reference.

I’m not sure I follow you. The bearing would be behind the pulley flange inside the water pump shaft collar along with a seal.

Which part appears to be thinning? Was the pulley seated evenly on the flange? Was the nut tight? Is there any play in the shaft?

Yes, my apologies. The flange is thinning around a portion of it when I rotate it. As far as I could tell the pulley was seated evenly over the flange and the nuts were tight. When I rotate it however, it does have a slight wobble or "play." I've attached a video for reference. Thank you!
