[Q] How to pick oil/tires according to climate

Hi all, so I live in northern Australia, where it is pretty hot and humid, with a couple of weeks where temperatures drop below 45F. It rains a lot though, and the roads get slippery with all the dust on them. So was wondering what to look for when shopping for oil and tires (perhaps there is certain things you need to look for). I drive c180 2005 w203 uprg first car to own, pretty exited and really want to pamper the baby! Thanks !

You do not want snow tires.
Your low temperatures are too high.

As of 04/2019, one the the best all season tires is the Michelin Premier A/S.
Check every review you want. They are great tires!

Since you're in Australia, cost and availability may be a concern.
For similar tires, see:

Good Luck!
