C 180 Kompressor (W203) 2002 reliability

Hi, new member here. I searched a bit but couldn't find answers to any other than it is recommended to buy W203 models that are newer than 2005. Hence I have to ask for my specific case in a new thread.

I'm currently eying on for MERCEDES-BENZ C 180 Kompressor 4d. The price is 7,000 euros. I have not personally not seen even the pictures of the car yet. I did call at the dealer, they will paint it or something because there is some rust in side panels and on the doors. I live in Scandinavia so that's not a deal breaker for me, I'd be concerned if there wasn't any.
What I know, is that mileage is 150 000 km. (93 000 miles). The car is 2002 sedan, 143hp with M271 engine. I will definitely check the maintenance history when I go see the car next week but it looks promising, because the car has been in the same family for all these year.

Any other specifics I should look for? Is this a safe buy? I am not a DIY person, if something breaks, I have friends who could help me identify what is the problem but each time a problem occurs, I'd have to take to a service.
I have good hopes because my current car is a Ford focus 2000. I've had it for 5 years and I've spent less than 2 000 euros on repairs (I don't drive that much) but it's starting to show its age now. And the rust is becoming an issue.

I would love any advices.
