That's the temperature probe. It goes into one of the lower grill pieces and pops through, with the tip sticking out. If the sedan is anything like the coupe, it pops through the black plastic trim piece covering the R fog light.
I notice your R fog light also seems to be out of place, and the trim piece is missing. Is the bumper partially removed from the car?

It is the ambient temperature sensor. It displays the outside temp on your dash.
On the black plastic trim at the left end ( if you are looking at your from in front of the engine) near to the fog lamp,
you will find a hole. Push this thing in from inside the bumper to out until it fits smugly. The pointed end of the sensor will be protruding out.
