W203 M111 cold start issue
I have a w203.045 M11.955 c200 Kompressor with a weird start up issue. Car has done 240000kms (roughly) and had alot of $$$ poured into it but I'm at a loss as to what causes this issue.
When the car has sat overnight and is cold on 1st startup the idle is rough (seems like stuttering/surging) after approx 1-2 mins (I'm assuming its cold loop) when it comes off cold idle loop it runs perfectly, if I start it and engage drive it will stutter until it's warm. This only happens when the car is cold and generally won't do it again all day. At the 28 sec mark on the larger video this will demonstrate what i mean.
I've replaced: Maf, plugs, exhaust manifold (had crack), both O2 sensors, cam magnet sensor, rocker cover gasket (leaked), and not showing any one codes that my iCarsoft can pickup.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Searching high and down for all the possible parts for replacement.
First, the notorious bloody Red Magnesium M111 spark plug cover, 111 150 1975
Plan to get one and powder coat it like some other members here did.
Front Hood Absober (red Button) 2038800429 has gone, only be able to sustain if I pressed the red button to lift up further
Foot step cover Front Right, 2036862636
(Handbrake) Pull Handle 2034270620
These two have cracked, should not have problem to get them
Blinker / Signal / WiperSTEERING SWITCH0005452310 is a bit tight, hope I could lubricate it without changing the whole switch (anyone can tutor me on this ? hahaha)
Beside that, having the 1 . SRS Air bag Fault Code, 2 . the Radiator Coolant Level Fault Code, 3 . Wiper washer tank level Fault Code
Car is 21 years old and currently on 170,000 KM,
Will solve this problem one by one, good luck to all of us !
