No crank no start

2003 mercedes c240 2.6l by gasoline
No crank no start
I turn the fob in the ignition ant the car comes to life except no power to the starter and fuel pump, can somebody please help

You need to post your question in the W203 section of this forum where there will be owners of your same model of MB who will be more than glad to help you. You've posted in the W206 section and this new C class doesn't go on sale until the fall of next year.
