Help please
Help needed please, front Sam/fuse box was wet after the car was sat up, now the near side headlight stays on unless I disconnect the battery, also a whole load of warnings on the dashboard.
If I buy a new Sam about £190 will this cure the problem?
Will I need to take the car to a dealer after I’ve fitted it to be programmed or is it plug and play ?

Might be a sticky relay. I would try that swapping first. Otherwise you're looking at a new front SAM.

hi thanks for the reply, do you know if a new Sam would need programming or can I just plug in and drive?

I think it's a direct swap as long as the firmware version is the same. Maybe someone else can chime in.

not a merc
No relay runs the lights. Change the sam Sometimes you may need to change coding to match the the car. But it will function either way
