Another W203 no crank at key position 3

Hey, I've go problem with my W203 2005 - recently I changed EIS + ELS cause it failed. After changing EIS + adding emulator key turning perfectly but when its in position 3 car just not start/crank.

I checked fuses, starter relay, battery. All seems ok. What else can cause this problem? Thanks for help

Dumb question, but does the starter work if you jump it? The starter also has a fusable link (in-line fuse within the positive cable) that should be checked.

Did you check the battery voltage during cranking? Not just the terminal voltage.

Explain how you changed it? Used parts?
What about engine ecu?

Parts all all good.

Original ELV ja still on car and its locked, I wanted to start it before I cut it out so I plugged in emulator.

DAS says that all components are ready to start and when I turn key into position 3 circuit 50 changes to YES but circuit 50 (can) stays at NO. What can cause this problem?

You changed the EIS...How do you expect it to crank without doing anything to engine ECU?

What do you mean?

One day I came to car and couldnt turn key in ignition switch. Locksmith said it faulty EIS (he was right cause there were always problems with recognizing key). So EIS got cloned and changed - problem with key recognition was solved but still couldnt turn it. So I checked all fuses, relays, battery - all good. I thought it is ESL so I ordered emulator (now I have 3 cause i thought first one is faulty) and key turns, everything is ok but after turning key into position 3 starter does not work. I found after connecting DAS that circuit 50 (can) does not change value from NO to YES when key is position 3. Also DAS says that ESL is not personalized whatever it means.

I Hope I explained myself and thank you for help

Okay now we understand better. Just remember very often the problem in the eis is related to the software or the Hashes that are corrupted. So cloning an EIS could transfer the problem. Sometimes its better to use a 2nd hand EIS and key (or make a new key for 2nd hand Eis..)
Then virgin the engine ecu and relearn it using Das. In your case I would first go into engine ecu under actual values look at drive authorization and see if start enable is Yes!

Man who cloned eis checked it for problems.
I ser drive autorisation is all ok but no elv.

Also can by circuit 50 is not changing.

When i jumpstart it by bridging starter relay it works

Exactly, it starts when bridged and turning key into position 2

Well if you have no CAN term 50 I would say you problem is at the EZS
Are part numbers identical between original and cloned unit?

What is your EIS part number? Are you saying terminal 50 goes to YES when you turn the key?
if so is there power to the starter relay?

Yes there is power to starter but no signal by CAN - both should change to YES
