2005 kompressor need help identifying wire (with pictures)
My dog ate through the wire. It got fixed. Then another animal got ahold of it. I live in the middle of nowhere. Anyway, I'm looking for any information on this wire. From what I can tell it powers the super charger. I'm looking to find out: what it is, what it does, can I buy a new one? If I can't get a new one any advice on repair would be appreciated.

If you are talking about the cable covered in goop in your pic, that is the post-catalytic converter Oxygen sensor cable. If you follow it along, you will see it terminates into the back of the oxygen sensor on the exhaust pipe. From memory, there are 4 colour coded wires in this bundle, it should be easy to strip back and solder in whatever length of wire is missing,. just ensure the colours match end to end..
Good luck!

But, the more serious issue, depending what's happened, the wires could be shorted between themselves, and could have blown a fuse, or maybe damaged the electronics/ ECU??..
There are 2 x white wires that provide power for the heating element in the sensor, and 2 x coloured wires that transport the signal information.
**Strip back the wiring and ensure there is no cross-connection between any exposed wires!**
If there has been, potentially you could be looking at permanent damage to the electronics/ ECU of the car..!!??

i don't see how it could be related in any way with the oxygen sensor?..
Also, you really should get an OBD reader, so you can read the error codes off the ECU; that will help you a lot with diagnostics..
This car does have a lot of electrical/electronic parts, and they do play up a fair bit!.
