The 2005 Models and/or those with a Command have and AUX input in the glove box. Therefore, you could run a wire from the line out of this unit to the AUX input.
If you have neither of the above and have the regular cassette unit, then you can hardwire connectors to the back of the cassette and make your own AUX input. This has already been done and the person who did it graciously posted pictures and instructions on this board. Do a SEARCH and see if you want to tackle this.
From my perspective, the unit seems to be rather bulky and expensive. You can accomplish the same with any of the Ipod like units that are more transportable. Heck, there're a Samsung model that comes with built-in FM modulator that transmits directly to your FM radio (no wiring). This way you can use it stand-alone or just take it with you regardless of what/whose car you drive.

My friend just installed that in his car last month. I don't know if it's a defect with his particular unit or if it's a problem with the entire line, but his player skips all the time despite having a large buffer.
