Help! Steering wheel locked after changing brakes.
I just bought a c300 2010. It needed brakes, so I changed them after jacking up the car I put my key in and turned the wheel fully to the left to give me room to remove calipers bolts. I changed one side however when I got back in the car the steering wheel wouldn’t turn. When I put the key in it says “please remove key from ignition.” It won’t start either.

Sounds like a faulty electronic steering lock or key. You can buy ESL emulators on eBay pretty cheap. Try that, if the car starts the steering lock is faulty and you'll need to remove it. Loads of videos on YouTube about this sort of thing.

So you put the key in, turned the ignition to On, then turned the steering wheel all the way to one side.
Did you then turn the car off and take the key out, or leave it in?
What happens if you turn the steering wheel all the way the way its turned, then put the key in? Basically just putting pressure on the steering wheel.
What happens if you get in the car and close all the doors, then put the key in the ignition?

Personally I'd try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Remember to remove the negative cable first, and replace it last.
