LorinserCClass said it right, you won't just be able to paint your wheels black and call it a day, you have to keep on going to complete the outfit.

just an aside.....

I'm under the impression you paid extra (and probably a lot) for the chrome wheels.....
With that said....the chrome has to be stripped to bare alloy, and it won't be cheap or reversible.
So...
Why paint them? Buyer's remorse?
