I am just curious if anyone has tried to put a cold air intake in their CLK 500. If so, where did you get the kit, and how much pain was it to put it in and was it worth it?

The CLK500 already has a cold air intake. It collects air from outside the engine bay. It's very likely that whatever intake mod you do will produce poorer results than stock.
Why do you want a cold air intake anyway? For the cool cone filter look?
