It sits in my garage for most of the week. My work is only a 10 minute walk form my place so I usually only take it out on the weekends. So it stays pretty clean. Even so I wash it twice a month at a coin operated car wash. I never use the brush just the power washer. Then I dry it with a shammy and follow up with a cotton terry towel. I wax and detail it twice a year.
For the rims and brakes I just use wheel cleaner and a power washer. I also have a separate shammy for the rims as well. I noticed that ever since I painted the brake calibers they don't get as dirty.

Thanks! I'm happy to hear that you appreciate the subtlety since that was my goal. Although I've been toying with the idea of black rims and Eibach Pro springs.

Totally get the springs...but think it would be a sin to put black wheels on that car, every white C I see seems to have black wheels (except Cali's beauty above) and it totally detracts from the flow - obviously just my opinion, everyone has their own taste, I guess it really depends on the size, style and finish of the wheels...If you spray that crap plasti dip rattle can junk on those stockers I will take back my original compliment hahaaa...

Really nice car Kevin, love everything you did except the little add on flip up pieces of trim on the edge of the front bumper, I see where you were going, but it looks forced and not quite a clean fit - great looking car though, really like just leaving the bottom chrome under the window too, well done...where did you get the rear wheel well trim pieces? I tried finding that for awhile and only found some foreign company I was not comfortable ordering from...

No offense, but the canards on the front bumper don't flow at all, neither do the led's in the center of the lower grill. The front is just way too busy.

Keep it classy, it's a Mercedes, not a DTM car, and not rice...Are those canards made out of a rubber seal from the bottom of a garage door?
