Is there a way to bypass the dvd so you can watch it while driving my c300?

I've been told by different dealers that it can be done by non-dealer / MB tech. Something to do with liabilities.

Not sure how much $.

Def Reccomend By A Mb Tech Do Not Take It To A Aftermarket Electronics Place These Cars Are Waaaaay To Sensitive We Had This Disscussion With The Engineers At The W204 Klasse School. Your Right A Dealer Wont Do It Because If The Screen Is Within Drviers Eyesight It Cannot By Law Play Streaming Video While Mobile

We just need some time for someone to figure out how to get the service menu on the W204 COMAND system and I'm sure it will be like the older systems where you can very easily disable the DVD playback restriction. I wonder if Steve from MBenzNL or Sunman has figured this out yet.

so far on euro or USA w221 comands, there is no video in motion.

i just got the saks 5th ave i love it . and now i have the video in motion working thanks to www.mbdoctor.com. i bought and adapter there its plug and play.it unlockes tv,video,dvd and aux he is the only one who sell the adapter to bypass the system so it doesn't shut of when i drive .i paid 350 and installed it myself .its the only way to make it work ..watch the video and enjoy your car

you defintely get a cut from mb doctor or profit some how... it is blatently obvious by how much you jock them...
while it may be a good fix, i think you should disclose your intentions so we are not mislead by your reasons for support
