Were you able to negotiate for price breaks or anything from your dealer?

this input will be very valuable for those hunting for the car...

Thanks

Yes, great deal. Now the wait begins, may take about 3-4 months for delivery.

My production doesn't start until Nov 1st with December delivery and I ordered mine on Sept 5th.

NauticaX,

Could be on the same ship as mine, what's your VPC location?

Mine is west coast, VPC is LA.

Periodically ask your sales person for the Netstar VII print screen from their computer and you can track your W204's progress about once every 2-4 weeks if you can wait that long. I never new I had OCD until I ordered this car and have to wait 4 months.

VPC is Baltimore on the east coast. I'll give it 2 weeks to see if I have any update from my salesperson. This wait is going to suck.

2013 MB C300
2013 MB C300 loaner

Looking to purchase a 2013 MB C300 loaner with 10k miles, msrp = just under $42k. Their asking price is $32500 and so far got them down to $31000. Is this a good deal?

That's almost 25% off MSRP!

Just be sure it has the options you want, no sense in a few months wishing you hadn't settled for less.

Go for it

The only option that it doesn't have that i would've like to have is the multimedia package but I don't have that now.

You could also get a new car with everything you want and lease it for low monthly payment, then at the end of lease refinance the balloon payment.

i'm not a fan of any type of schedule payments. I was just curious if mb owners thought i was getting a good price.

What are the big ticket discounts for a new 2013 c-class?

I am headed into the dealership tomorrow to test drive and wanted to get the most discounts available?

Conquest $1000

Check this link too.

Make sure you get at least 10% off MSRP or no deal. Work through the internet to play dealers against each other. I used cars.com and ended up with 12% off my deal.

Work in percentages off MSRP. Once you get the percentage, call another dealer (Internet Sales manager) and tell them XYZ dealership is giving me 8% off, once you have that in an email you have proof of your deal. Next, call the next internet sales manager and say xyz dealer is giving me 10% repeat as necessary. Allways be honest and you will get a great deal. IMHO

So do the rebates count into the total percentage or should I count on 10% plus conquest and abo?

Conquest comes from MB, not the dealership, so it's not included in the 10-12% deal.

79 300SEL
Certified Pre-Owned

2009 C230 4Matic
- sports package
- premuim package
36,000 km's (roughly 20,000 miles)
$30,000.00 all in on the road
(this includes the dealer fee's and 13% taxes and licensing).

They also threw in some freebies (mats, spoiler, etc).

Considering you can barely buy a base model Ford SUV or sedan in Canada for this much money I'm quite happy.

Can you use the American bar association discount with the 12%. I was told no when I was working with my local dealer but I was not sure if they were bull****ting.
