Debadge
I debadge all my cars. I will do so with my C350 also when it arrives (this week?). This is subjective, but I like the cleaner look.

Nice.
Very, very clean.
I also like the clean look of the car much better without the trunk spoiler. Jim |
How did you get if off so cleanly? Share your secrets...

A little heat, dental floss. Then I rubbed the rest of the adhesive off with my fingers. Got too blisters out of it. :nix:

Use Goof Off or other adhesive remover on a microfiber cloth and rub the residual adhesive/tape off. Once all the adhesive is removed, wipe area with rubbing alcohol and buff the area with wax to protect. I've done this to all my cars. Looks clean and sleek, and makes waxing and polishing your car less troublesome -- I hate getting wax into the crevaces in the badges. Good Luck! |
