With dry pavement, there is no way I can get my C350 to slip going straight. Even while starting from zero and stepping on the gas, the tires never slip (and yes, I have the ESC off). I tried it in S mode and in manual; not even a faint slipping sound; allways full traction. Therefore I don’t think that having the 4matic makes a difference on the traction if you are on dry pavement (I have 17” BTW, which come with 245 tires. The optional 18” come with 255 tires… even better traction.)
On the other hand, I remember reading a post where someone said that he heard his C300 slip as he shifted from 1st to 2nd. I really don’t know how he got more torque out of his C300 than me on a C350.:confused:
That being said, it doesn’t make sense to me that the 4matic is faster that then RWD. Maybe there just different test results?:nix:
