As much as I love a good horror story, it doesn't really help to tell people how bad a dealership is. You can tell someone that they took your first born in a car deal gone wrong, and yet eventually the person you told will go back to that dealership. Seems everyone is looking for a good deal, so when one pops up, doesn't matter where its at, you go and check it out.

Bought two cars from the "MUNCH" of idiots, our Sienna from Longo Toyota and the C from Penske MB. Couldn't be happier with the way I've been treated at both places. My neighbor across the street has leased/purchased 3 MB's from Penske, the current car being an S550. He has nothing but praise.

Please tell your story so I can stay away for my next purchase.

If you click on his nick, and you will see that he posted a similar post back year ago about Penske's service. A year later he post a negative fee back on Penske again. Just wondering why??
