So I finally reached my destination after a long weekend trip and I'm pulling into a parking spot at the hotel. I cut the wheel hard to the right and I heard this loud whapping noise (whap...whap...whap...whap). I straightened the wheel a bit and it stopped. What the hell could that be?

I thought I might have saw a post on this a few months back, but couldnt find it. I'm paranoid to try it again.

sounds like powersteering to me.... usually makes a sound when turned to the max... try it again, if it happens, bring it to dealer.
