Bluetooth Compatible Phones (Suggestion)
We'd be better off if we have a STICKY POST regarding "Bluetooth Compatible Phone List." Even though MB is providing compatible phone list, it should be updated, as all of you know.
I posted once regarding this issue and recently searched old posts to reraise this issue but a new post with a new title will be better for all, I believe.
How about posting phone model and compatibility and service carrier? It will be of help people who are planning to purchase new phones or are wasting time in pairing their "not compatible" phones with their W204.
I tried three phones of which one is already included in MB mobile phone compatibility list.
1. Verizonwireless/Motorola Razr V3m/Compatible
2. Verizonwireless/Samsung SCH-950A/Non-compatible
3. Verizonwireless/Samsung SCH-U470 (Juke Phone)/Compatible
Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.

1. Nokia N73 Music Edition - I bought this one in the Middle East (since the rest of the world has a wider variety of phones to choose from and I didn't want to sell my soul to the wireless carriers in the US) and use it with AT&T wireless (formerly Cingular)
2. Samsung A707 Red - this is my wife's phone with AT&T wireless.
Both these phones work great with the car. But given a choice (when we both are in the car with our phones) the car ALWAYS chooses my wife's phone even though I paired mine first and mine is the first in the list!

Blackberry 8800 -- Works
Blackberry 8700 -- Works
(Both of them I had to initiate the pairing process from the BB instead of from the car... but worked on the first try)

Somebody pointed out the issue regarding addressbook. SCH-U470 lacks a function relating to transferring addressbook even though most motorola phones are equipped with it. By the way, I don't like the design of SCH-470 ... cute though swing-style is incovenient.

it did not download them automatically. I have to figure it out today. Otherwise it works really great. When i enter the car now i have the phone on my holster and it automatically recognizes it and makes the connection. The call quality is fantastic on both ends. On test calls people could not really tell I was talking from the car's hands free system.

1. ATT Samsung SGH-i607 (blackjack) running WM5 = works; no automatic vcard transfer but manual push works.
2. ATT Samsung SGH-i607 running WM6 = works same as WM5.
No signal level displayed on either, but not sure if the w204 has that ability at all?

Tank, is that a regular Nextel or a hybrid ? I have a NON-BT hybrid now and am looking into upgrading to a BT hybrid. I wasn't sure if it would work. I read both threads on here regarding everyones luck with connecting and I didnt see anyone with a Nextel besides you. Thanks.
