actually, i saw a red w203 the other night on monoblocks similar to those, 19's, and they looked real nice. they also look nice on the w204's. gives it an agressive look

I had a set of chromed C36 17" monoblocks on my Obsidian Black '01 C320. And I also used them on my Garnet Red '95 C280.
Looked good on those two.

I used to think monoblocks would look weird on the w204. But now I've changed my mind. 
New meets Old. Definitely size 19+ though.

IMHO, monoblocks looks dated on the W204. It's your car so go for it if you really like it.
