W204's non 4matic winter driving

So for those who don't have 4matic on their W204, what are your experiences in the winter weather? Have you been driving out in snow? trigger ESP often?

I have a non 4 Matic C350 and it triggers the ESP all the time, I preper just to drive my winter better and store my benz on the really bad weather days.

I feel that I am a good driver but I can't prevent people banging into me so I just drive my project car on those days.

just buy winter tires and go.

I am having the same issue picking my car:
I want to get a C350, but with no 4matic it might be a pain to drive it. I am in Boston, and will not use my car absolutely every day, I store it when its really bad out. Should I really get a C300 4matic or would the C350 be fine? What do you guys think?

I had once stcuk in the snow for an hour. I tried pulling my car out but...
didn't work. and I couldn't call a tow truck because I was stuck at my parking lot drive way. it seems to be ESP helps alot once u get going but it is much better without it when u try to pull it out. ESP does not let you increase any RPM when u are slipping.
the biggest part is that I had so much fun time trying my best to drift my car and do some counter steering and stuff it's all joyful
I live in Urbana, IL and here it snows alot but it's only few days a year.
well this time it snowed alot but...

I put snow tires on mine. It's fine. Had them on my 230 as well.
