Angry Dealer Warning - Laguna Niguel, CA

I Just thought I would warn anyone planning on taking their MB in for service at Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel. Although this wasn't the dealer I bought my C from, it was the closest dealer to my house. I took may car in to have them look into an engine rattle I was experiencing at startup and a TPMS error. To make a very long story short, it took 4 visits and various experimental part replacements on my car (idle pulley etc.) for them to figure out that it was a "poorly designed" oil pump that needed to be replaced. I was later told that this was a known issue with some C's.???
Then, after being told that there was nothing wrong with the Tire Pressure Monitor Sys. and to go read my manual by the service rep., they finally agreed that there was a problem after all. It still hasn't been fixed.

To top it all off, I had to return for a 5th time to have them replace my left front AMG wheel that they curbed! That only took them 2 hours to replace while I f-ing waited. I didn't even bother pointing out the 4" scratch they put on the rt rear door. *&*&#)(!@@%^#! idiots!!!

Be warned! I will be going to Fletcher Jones or MB of Long Beach in the future. I also saw a number of other unhappy customers during my whole ordeal.

Point out the 4" scratch that they made. Sure you'll be waiting but see if you can get a loaner or something.

I'd point out every little detail and make them take care of it. At the end, they'll be the ones losing time and money while you only lose your time.

I'll most likely go to Fletcher Jones next, but MB Long Beach is close to my work.
