A few pics of my Arctic White C300 Luxury
 
Just bought myself a new toy... DSLR Camera and bunch of accessories and lenses with it... :D

So I thought that I'd take a few shots of my C300 and do a little experiment with my new toys... I am a total :newbie: in photography so... please take it easy on me...:)

did u use bracketing?, and merge with PS or use photomatix?

Yes... I used bracketing... merged with PS and used photomatix plug-in...

HDR = high dynamic range
DSLR = digital single lens reflex

you can even create HDR with some point and shoots, just a lot harder

it's basically when you take 3 pictures
one under exposed, one regular exposed, one over exposed
then merge them together in photoshop or in software like photomatix.

It has to be taken on a tri-pod and the subject is better still, any movement messes it up.

For a "newbie" this is very very well done.

The camera is Canon EOS 40D. The lens I used for these shots was Canon EF35mm F1.4L USM, with B&W Coated Haze UV filter and B&W circular polarizer.
