Have you received the trunk's Parcel Net ?

Page 278 of the Operator's Manual refers to a Parcel Net on the left side, in the trunk. It's also shown on page 420 of the manual. Have you received it? My car doesn't have it, and Dealer says he knows nothing about this.

I have a little one on the left side - it nicely holds the MB medical kit, and a bottle wine:y

Got one on each side in mine but there again it is a wagon {see attached} My manual says open stowage space in boot {trunk} for the sedan.

I have one n the left side.... I also placed a rectangular plastic box with cover to the right of the spare under the trunk floor, quite convenient to hold small junk!

I am doing something similar because the glovebox is too small for owner's manual. :slap:

i dont have a net on the left side. mine has a fold down cover with a rotary lock - and it contains the first aid kit. when i look at the manual on pg 420, it shows exactly what i have (no net)

Look in your manual: The net is visible just forward of the fold-down cover.

My came with one on the left side, you should have received one.
If not, you could always test drive one from your dealership and "claim one back"

I had a ML-class cargo net from my last car and it fits perfectly in the C.
Strangely the ML cargo net cost much less than the C cargo net -- and much less than what VW charges for theirs.

wtf - on page 289 it says that we should have one.

i dont even have any mounting holes, nothing.
i did notice in the accessory catalog that you can buy one...but how the heck does it attach to the trunk?

although its a minor thing...i still feel ripped off lol
