COMAND Multimedia sound settings

Is there a way to reprogram the COMAND back to the stock settings? Under the ENG Menu my sound settings used to state W204 and had specific EQ settings, now it's blank. I don't recall resetting or clearing anything in there. I did drive around for a day without ANY sound. I took it to the dealer and made and appointment to have it looked at but the next day the sound was back so I never took it in.

I mean...you CAN reset the COMAND system. Go to system, then the bottom left menu and select RESET.

That does not change anything. It's like the radio knew it was a C300 and now it is clueless. The sound changed too.

Anyone else? Can the dealer put this info back in? I figure at the factory these cars' radios are tuned to that specific cabin?
