it's not the best diy paint job in the world, but it'll keep me happy for a little while. definitely a different look than the black sports grill -- i already kinda miss the star though...

Looks freakin badass. Eliteness. I've been planning on doing that on mine, too. I'm still debating between gloss and matte black. Yours looks like matte, yes?

yes. i might redo it in gloss eventually but for now i like it...

i bought a lux grill from derspeed and painted it black. i had it on a while but ended up putting the painted black sports grill back on, leaving only the star chrome. they both look good. its nice because it can change the front end dynamic of the car and only takes a few mins to swap back and forth.

Eh... I think I'm just gonna have to keep mine and do my own thing. But I keep staring at your pic. Man... amazing how just the grill can change the car's entire look.

I've been pouring all the money I earn into a different, but even more important aspect of my life lately. I'm getting to that age... haven't had the funds to feed my mod bug. I've been so sad lately. Maybe it's time to sell my other car and bike?
