I'm used to Zaino'ing my black S40, which gets more drastic results. But Still looks good nonetheless on Palladium silver!!!

Zaino is the only way to go for serious car care folks. Used it for years on Corvettes. Instructions are a little intimidating, but once you get into it, it's easy to maintain.

Agreed I've used it for years on my P-Cars, once on the wifes C300 but her car looks like heck at the end of each week from tree sap, bird droppings etc...

I have applied the Zaino to my car and the car looks great afterwards, nice and shiny!! However today it was raining, not a lot but enough and I noticed that the water doesn’t bead of the car like it used to (I used Turtle Wax Ice before)

Here are the steps I took to apply the Zaino:
1. Pre rinsed the car
2. Washed the car with Palmolive (does that make a huge diff?)
3. Rinsed the car with hose and brush
4. Dried the car
5. Clayed the car, washed the car again
6. Mixed Z2 with ZFX (about 1oz with 4 drops of ZFX)
7. Applied first layer
8. Removed the first layer (microfiber, Does that make any difference?)
9. Applied the second layer
10. Removed the second layer
11. Sprayed and removed the Z6
12. Following day applied another layer of Z2 (without ZFX)
13. Every day (about 5 days) after that I have applied Z6

Car looks good after that but as mentioned, the rain doesnt bead off and I also noticed that dust seemed to be “sticking” more to the car then usual.

Is it possible that the microfiber cloths are causing this? What suggestions do you have?

The website says they do not support the use of micro fiber clothes due to manufacturing variables. I don't know if that is really your problem though:nix:

what are the steps needed to be done to Zaino seal a car? If you could provide the product numbers that would be great.

Would like to seal my car again. Did the Zymol wax two days after I got my car. Also, what are the approx time requirement to do a job like this from prepping to sealing? Is this awhole day Weekend job?
