Who in Sacramento, Ca has a custome exhuast on their C300/350?
 

Was on white rock near Zinfandel around 6:30-6:45. A black brand new C300/350 comes off the freeway and heads over the overpass. I hear what sounds like an Acura NSX with nearly a straight-pipe setup, but almost V8 like. And think huh? must be a hot rod or something on the other side of the overpass where I can't see? My light changes and in anticipation I speed off in my truck to see whats making the noise. I catch up and a black W204 C300/350 (debadged) so I have to guess is at the light turning left. Light changes and the W204 lets out a loud, but throaty roar and takes off. I could hear every shift point, which leads me to believe it may have been a stick too? I tried to go up the street and make a U and catch him to ask what he had done to it but I wasn't quick enough. By the time I got to his street again the C-class was gone. Heres what I can tell you..... the sound visualize the stock sound of a Volkswagen R32 significantly amplified, the car appeared to be running the OEM exhaust tips. All I know is you sir get a huge :y from me and if you are on here please chime in your set up.

Other clue, this car had dark tint and was brand new. Still had the paper dealer plate in the back (Sacramento Mercedes Benz) etc... I am dying to know what you have done to this car.

Did it have a quad exhaust? If so it might have been C63 AMG. That car sounds like no other car on the street.

i was in sac at frys at that time....well coming from frys but i don't have dealer plates so it wasn't me:y
