the only thing stopping me from getting the c63 style grille is that the star is not as small llike it is on the REAL c63 grille.

i like the smaller star better

some people emailed me about the gap on the C63 style grille would be a problem.

There is nothing to worry about
like I mentioned earlier the Lux style grille already has a slight gap between the grille and hood.

I just so happened to run across one today and would like to share with you.
OEM fitment of lux grille

from a distance they do not stand out. and the gap is proportional.
the 2nd photo is from top so the grille only looks like its not aligned correctly
Just a heads up. this is completely normal for a 1 piece grille.

Ok guys, 40 minutes later and i have fitted the Grill and take the pictures and had lunch, so it takes 15 minutes if youre a bit technical....

No taxes for me, it was send a gift

Removing the Grill is easy and discribed here:

Just received mine as well. The plastic looks cheap compare to OEM, but acceptable. It will look great from the distance, not close up.

I'm at work and don't have the camera and will try to install it tonight.
