Hi,
Has anyone been able to successfully use the Iphone 3G universal Dock adapter with the iphone kit in the C300 ?

Just got the iphone and want to know if I can use this adapter to charge it and listen to my playlists.

I got my iPhone 3g and C350 with iPod integration kit the same month...Man was I disappointed to find 3g is not compatible. Anyone think this will ever change in the future?

It's compatible. You just can't charge it, is that what you mean?

Some third parties are making an adapter supposedly, to re-route the charging pins, so that it can charge. Don't think they're available yet.

I just bought this. It's on back order and I will get it some time next week. I'm hoping it will bring back the full functionality plus charging the ipod.
