i was waitting the service advisor order the new trim panel for a month.
they said they will going to change new trim panel on the right rear of roof.
i went to service on 26jan09,when i pick up my car on 29 jan 09.
they juz adjusted position of trim piece on roof.
why they just adjusted position of trim piece on roof,and i was waitting they order the nre trim panel for a month.its really make me confuse...?!??!?!

Sounds like they might be giving you the run around. Maybe they realized once they started that they did not need the new trim??? Anyhow, did adjusting the panel fix the problem? Is there any mechanical damage to the roof from being offset like that for a month?

i think since economic is bad.. instead of replacing the trim .. adjusting the pano would be more cheaper...

I had this exact same problem (not as bad as yours though). My panel is being replaced right now, all under warranty.

They side the screw under da panel it came a bit popping up...they only can replace it...I spend $1200 for the popping up pan roof..it make me angry.
