Does your windshield have the black 'dots' (for lack of a better term) around the rear view mirror? I've wondered about putting a detector up there, if those dots would interfere or reduce the detection time.

I thought Swiss regulations were very strict with regards to speeding? And I thought they used different radar bands?

Shag: Yes indeed we got very strict reulations but hey everyone needs some fun :D Yes they have some other bandwiths but I have a special configurated V1 :y

Thanks Frank. No those are 17'' Elegance wheels with winter tires. I got 18'' AMG wheels for the summer.

Correct me if I'm wrong but how are you going to use 18" AMG's on a 4-Matic? My Automotive inner genius tells me you will cause trauma to you viscous coupling if there is a wheel/ tire size difference. My OEM 18" AMG's are staggered with, do you guys get 18" specific to the 4-Matic? One reason I didn't go for that model, didn't want to get stuck with the 4-Matic wheels as the 18" AMG's complete the W204 look for me.

I got standard 18'' AMG wheels 255 rear and 225 in the front. We here can order that directly with the car. Also the W203 4-Matic modell also had different tire/wheel sizes.

Thanks bro. Yup the W204 has winter wheels on the AMG not. Don't drive it during winter time!
